I specialize in supporting underrepresented professionals—especially women, people of color, and neurodivergent leaders—who are navigating big transitions, high expectations, and the nuanced pressures that come with standing out in traditional environments.
But I also work with any leader seeking something deeper: the ability to show up with authenticity, manage their energy and presence with intention, and lead from a place of purpose rather than performance.
